As is common with Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance, we found a few technical difficulties on our most recent ride of the attraction in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
Inside the I-TS Transport, which is one of the pre-show rooms, only half the screens that act as windows behind Lieutenant Bek were working.
It seems our pilot Nien Nunb was looking into a partial abyss.
Below is a look at the screens when they are all functional.
When it was time to board, our loading station only had one vehicle.
We noticed during the ride that the lift right in front of the AT-AT was also blocked off. Other reports from guests state that the canons haven’t been firing correctly, also noting issues with animatronics, with the all-too-common B-mode Kylo Ren.
In October, we rode Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance with no technical difficulties after it had been plagued by issues for weeks. You can watch that video below.

We rode ROR on dec 1 and they totally bypassed the I-TS Transport. We were lead down a hall and into the troop bay. This was our first time on the attraction so we were crushed and confused. It cut out a major story point and we had no idea why emperials were questioning us.
It was our one day at the Studios. Maybe we will get to experience the attraction in its glory next trip.
