Magic Kingdom
- Disney has introduced a few new colors of Mickey Mouse balloons over the last few weeks including opaque yellow, orange, and lilac, and translucent emerald green and royal purple
- We had another perfect weather day today as the first of the travelers arrived for the long weekend, so we spent our day at the Magic Kingdom seeing what new things we could find there to bring you in this photo report
- The next day, we had some very real weather to contend with as thunderstorms collided with Walt Disney World for most of the morning and also contending with the holiday weekend crowds at the parks as Presidents Day approaches, made for an exciting, park hopping day at the Magic Kingdom and Disney’s Hollywood Studios in this most recent photo report
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- It has been a while since Disney’s Animal Kingdom has been open past dark, and the projection show, Tree of Life Awakenings, is not currently on the park’s schedule; so, it’s no wonder guests were caught off guard when the show began
- Since it has been a while since Disney’s Animal Kingdom has been open after dark, we were all aglow to see that the glow-in-the-dark pavement in Pandora’s bioluminescent forest had been refreshed
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- Food & Beverage Cast Members across Walt Disney World Resort hotels are getting new costumes featuring fun aprons, and today Cast Members at the Landscape of Flavors in Disney’s Art of Animation Resort debuted brand new costumes featuring colorful aprons to reflect the essence of the resort
- We were also delighted to see some new Cast Member costumes being worn at the Everything POP Food Court at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, featuring a pop art inspired dot print apron covered in some of Mickey’s favorite phrases
- Over at the Contempo Café in Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Cast Members now wear a Monorail-patterned apron
- Cast Members at The Artist’s Palette in Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa also have a new costume, including an apron featuring Disney horses
- We catalogued the dismantling of the old Monorail station at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort and are now watching the new one take shape

- In celebration of its 30th anniversary, Disney’s Fairy Tale Weddings is offering a first look at the new 2021 Disney Fairy Tale Weddings Collection of princess-inspired bridal gowns during a virtual streaming event
Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa
- For this special Valentine’s Day, Disney Parks Blog has announced that Stitch’s sweetheart, Angel, will now be joining him to greet guests at Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa
New Merchandise
- A new Disney Princess backpack, purse, wallet, and sandals were found at the Disneyland Resort today, each one deserving of a truly royal welcome
- Now available for pre-order on Amazon is a new book titled The Art of Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge which will showcase the land with stunning artwork and images, as well as some behind the scenes information
