- Physical distancing markers have been removed from the extended queue of Expedition Everest.
- Yet another Walt Disney World attraction has removed its physical distancing markers in the extended queue area – this time, it is the popular boat ride Na’vi River Journey.
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels

- Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort has a new patriotic raspberry Dole Whip cone just in time for Memorial Day.
- Earlier today, we stopped by Capt. Cook’s at the Polynesian Village Resort to try out their new Memorial Day cupcake!
Other Walt Disney World News

- We arrived this morning to find physical distancing markers were removed for the Monorail queues at both the Transportation and Ticket Center as well at the Magic Kingdom.
- Walt Disney World has debuted a commercial for the resort’s 50th anniversary and “The World’s Most Magical Celebration” beginning October 1, 2021.
- We watched the commercial and gave our thoughts on the lack of nostalgia and appreciation for returning guests for the 50th anniversary celebrations.
- The Orlando International Airport (MCO) is expecting to reach almost 90% of its pre-pandemic travel numbers on this upcoming Memorial Day weekend.
- Walt Disney World theme park hours have been released from August 8 through 14, along with extended hours in July at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
- “Mears Connect” is set to replace Disney’s Magical Express, but the reservation window has been delayed for reasons unknown.
- Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings announced that the county has maintained a 14-day COVID positivity rate of 4.7%, which would allow Walt Disney World to remove masks completely.
Disneyland Paris

- After the reservation calendar quickly filled up, Disneyland Paris will now be restricting Passholders to having only three Park Passes at once.
- Cast Members participated in a “Part of My Castle” virtual event where they wrote over 2,000 messages to be sealed inside Sleeping Beauty Castle during renovations.
New Merchandise

- Dooney & Bourke’s new “Disney Afternoon” collection is coming to Walt Disney World on June 2.
- Today while we were dreaming of the holidays, we spotted some new Monsters, Inc. character stockings that are sure to bring some cheer to you this year!
- Ahead of Memorial Day and Independence Day, Walt Disney World has released a line of patriotic “Americana” merchandise; the latest addition is a limited release MagicBand.
- This morning while we were browsing around Uptown Jewelers at the Magic Kingdom, we found new Stitch merchandise that is perfect for relaxing Summer vibes!
