Magic Kingdom
- Tickets went on sale for Disney After Hours Boo Bash for select resort guests today, but guests are reporting difficulty purchasing tickets.
- This past year has seen a roller-coaster of a journey for construction on TRON Lightcycle / Run, but we’re now seeing crew members reopen “The Grid.”
EPCOT
- The newest “Tiny World” Magic Shot available through PhotoPass is at the entrance to EPCOT.
- Today is World Oceans Day, as established by the United Nations, and to celebrate, Mickey Mouse is scuba-diving in The Seas at EPCOT.
- We recently brought you some information about food booths and the concert series coming to Food and Wine Festival in July, and now we’ve got a look at the merchandise your can expect to score!
- Walt Disney Imagineer Zach Riddley has been posting photos from the refurbishment process of the old Innoventions and Communicore buildings at EPCOT, and today, he shared more about the new ceiling at Creations Shop.
- Playgrounds are beginning to reopen at Walt Disney World, and now Space Base has reopened at EPCOT’s Mission: SPACE.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- Tusker House Restaurant at Disney’s Animal Kingdom is among the restaurants set to return to Walt Disney World this summer, and today, we got a look at the new family-style meals.
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- ‘Ohana at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort will be reopening July 9, and Sebastian’s Bistro at Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort will be reopening June 24.
Other Walt Disney World News
- It looks like Disney is preparing to return trams to service as we saw Cast Members setting up poles and chains in a tram loading area at EPCOT.
- With Walt Disney World no longer requiring masks in most outdoor locations, select face masks are now on sale for buy one, get one free.
- Walt Disney World Park Passes have been refreshed for Annual Passholders on Magic Kingdom’s 50th birthday, October 1, 2021.
- Yet another collision occurred on the Disney Skyliner; this time, the contact was made at the EPCOT Station upon reentry.
Disneyland Resort
- After a bit of a rocky start with mobile ordering at the newly opened Avengers Campus, we noticed in the app today that Shawarma Palace is requiring people to order in person.
- Cast Members were seen training for the possible reopening of Davy Crockett’s Explorer Canoes at Disneyland Park.
- Several restaurants are reopening this month at Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure, including Oga’s Cantina, brunch at Lamplight Lounge, and more.
Disneyland Paris
- Disneyland Paris debuted a new commercial for Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel, giving some insight into the New York-style look and feel.
Shanghai Disneyland
- Announced earlier today via Instagram, Shanghai Disneyland Park is bringing Mickey’s Storybook Adventure to the Walt Disney Grand Theatre.
- D23, The Official Disney Fan Club, announced a virtual event to commemorate the 5th anniversary of Shanghai Disney Resort.
New Merchandise
- Disney has released new pins for their limited edition “Where Fantasy Grows: A Disney Terrarium” and “Windows of Main Street, U.S.A.” collections.
