Hallo, Nǐ hǎo, or simply hello! Welcome to another wonderful day at EPCOT! Join us today as we travel around and discover just what the day has in store for us. Let’s jump in!
We journeyed over to Family Play Zone, which we discovered has been re-themed into a Princess and the Frog recreational area. Previously, the Family Play Zone was themed around the Pixar film Wall-E. This area now has activities based around Princess Tiana’s passion for cooking and items relating to a New Orleans Mardi Gras Celebration, where the film is set.
We headed over to The Land, where we discovered that the beloved Living With The Land has now been closed for 4 consecutive days. The attraction closed to guests surprise a few days ago, and still today Cast Members were unsure of when it might reopen.
Just across The Land at Sunshine Seasons, we discovered the “Sisters Cupcake.” This Frozen themed dish debuted today, along with several other Princess treats throughout EPCOT in celebration of World Princess Week! If you want to hear what we thought about this cupcake, make sure to check our our review here!
Venturing over to Norway, we set our sights for another World Princess Week dessert. This time it was the brand new Frozen themed “Sisters Cookie” featuring the iconic Arendellian siblings Anna and Elsa. To hear our thoughts on this sweet treat, check them out here!
To finish up our confection celebration, we picked up a Jasmine Mosaic Cookie over in Morocco! This beautifully decorated cookie was found over at Oasis Sweets & Sips. Check out just exactly what we thought of this tasty treat in our review here!
Mulan was also out celebrating World Princess Week!
Not too long ago, we found that a brand new Adventures by Disney poster had found a home in Italy near the current Kidcot Fun Stop location. Today we noticed that some beautiful Venetian carnival masks have been added right next to it! These gorgeous masks have been a part of Venice’s history since the 1300s, and help teach guests about the culture of Italy!
Alice wished us a very merry unbirthday!
Over in Canada, we found that the tarp that previously surrounded the side area of Trading Post Refreshments has been removed, revealing a multi-colored wood-paneled wall.
We jetted over to Mission: SPACE Advanced Training Lab where we found that Space Race was currently unavailable today.
We noticed that the Breezeway has had even more painting completed since we last saw it, and painting was still in progress today This area will separate Creations Shop and Club Cool from the new quick-service restaurant and Starbucks.
Construction speeds ahead at the upcoming Creations Shop and Re-imagined Club Cool. We recently got a sneak peek at what the new Club Cool entrance will look like! We can’t wait to shop and try all of the unique drinks when these experiences eventually open.
We finished our day by taking a trip around The EPCOT Monorail, where we got a great look at all of the ongoing construction throughout the park. Check it out!
That brings us to the end of our day! We hope you enjoyed coming along with us and learning about all of the latest and greatest happenings around the park! Are you planning on trying any of these delicious World Princess Week treats? Let us know in the comments below! Have a great day everyone, we’ll “see ya real soon!”
