Magic Kingdom

• At long last, we now have confirmation that the beloved Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party will return to the Magic Kingdom this holiday season!
• Dates and prices are also now available for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party this year.
• Also returning this year are the ride overlays introduced for the party in 2019.
• The golden 50 emblems previously part of the entrance floral have been moved to the lawns around the hub.

EPCOT

• The beloved EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays will return for its fifth year starting in late November.
• Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind will also add special Christmas songs this holiday season.

Walt Disney World Resort Hotels

• At long last, the “Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue” returned to Walt Disney World today, and we were there for the first show! You can watch it all here and learn about all the changes introduced during the show’s downtime.

• The long-awaited refurbishment of Narcoossee’s at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has been delayed to July 14.
• Top of the World at Bay Lake Tower will reopen July 11, with a special villains-themed membership magic event coming soon.

New Merchandise

• The latest addition to the Vault Collection is this awesome 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea shirt, now available at the Magic Kingdom!
• A new Pandora charm themed to the iconic Mickey Waffles is now available.

Other Walt Disney World News

• Special appearances by the Merry Menagerie, Santa Claus, and plenty of other holiday-themed pals will be spread throughout Walt Disney World for the season.
• The Reedy Creek Fire Department’s fire trucks and rescue vehicles continue to break down even as the RCFD appeals to the district administration, causing them to respond in standard SUVs instead.

Disneyland Resort

• The beloved nighttime spectaculars “Believe… in Holiday Magic” and “World of Color – Season of Light” will return to Disneyland Resort for the holidays this year.

Disneyland Paris

• Disney Enchanted Christmas will return to Disneyland Paris starting November 12.

Hong Kong Disneyland

• A new “Duffy & Friends Winter Wonderland” event will be part of A Disney Christmas 2022 at Hong Kong Disneyland.

Entertainment & Media

Disney+

• Disney released a first look today at “The Santa Clauses” starring Tim Allen, coming to Disney+ this holiday season.
