More refurbishment closures have been announced, including the news that the Matterhorn Bobsleds at Disneyland will close for a brief refurbishment from February 28 through March 4. The Matterhorn last underwent a refurbishment in spring 2021, reopening in July. Annual refurbishments are common, especially for larger attractions.
The classic Disneyland attraction, Pirates of the Caribbean, has been scheduled to close for refurbishment on March 14. It is likely a standard refurbishment as no plans have been announced to change aspects of the ride.
