How to Shop with a MyDisney Account
Shop online or via the mobile app. You’ll want to sign up for a MyDisney account if you don’t already have one. Disney Store is part of The Walt Disney Family of Companies, and MyDisney lets you seamlessly log in to services and experiences across The Walt Disney Family of Companies, such as Disney+, ESPN, Walt Disney World, and more.
You’ll be able to view your order history, payment preferences, shipping address(es), and any reviews you have written. Plus, track your order, request a replacement, and return or exchange items.
Sizing Information
Size charts are available for Disney Store Online apparel items. Size charts for women, men kids, toddlers, infants, shoes, and pet costumes can be referenced to ensure a proper fit. Please note that all clothes are in U.S. sizes.

Discounts and Promotions
Special offers and sales may have specified timeframes, which can be located in the Promotion Restrictions and Guidelines section for each special offer or sale. Any special offer or sale that does not have a specified timeframe will be a limited time offer, while supplies last. Check out the current special offers.
To apply an eligible promotional offer enter the promotion in the box labeled “Apply Promo Code when you are in your “My Bag” (which is before you enter your payment or shipping information). Payment Types Accepted
Disney Store Online accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal/PayPal – Pay Later (US only), Disney Rewards redemption, Diners Club, Discover, Disney Gift Cards and Click to Pay. Other considerations include:
- You may apply up to 5 Disney Gift Cards for your purchase. If the balance of your Disney Gift Cards doesn’t cover the total of your purchase a credit card will also be required
- When using a Disney Gift Card, only a credit card can be applied/combined for your purchase
- A credit card is required when using your Disney Rewards Redemption Card
- When selecting Click to Pay or PayPal/PayPal – Pay later other payment methods are not able to be applied
- Click to Pay or PayPal/PayPal – Pay Later are only not able to be applied when ordering via phone

Shipping and Delivery
Most items ordered via Standard Delivery ship within 48 hours and will arrive within 5-7 business days, personalized items within 1-3 weeks. Exceptions include items shipped from locations other than the main warehouse. Please check the Shipping tab on individual product pages for details. Express Delivery is available for an extra charge. Please allow an extra 1-2 business days for Express Delivery on personalized items.
Depending on when you place your order, your tracking number may take one business day to become active. Once your order has begun processing, changes or cancellations may not be possible. If this occurs, please utilize the Return/Exchange process outlined on your packing slip or contact Guest Services for support.

What is the Returns and Replacement policy?
Subject to the exceptions listed below, a full refund for purchases made on DisneyStore.com will be provided to the purchaser in the same form of payment that was used for the purchase within 30 days of the shipping date, provided that refunds to a card account will only be provided to the original card account used for the purchase if such account is valid. If the original card account is no longer valid, a refund will be issued in the form of a Merchandise Credit. Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened packaging with original tags and tickets attached. No returns or replacements will be accepted if the merchandise has been used or worn.
Disney Store Order Refunds that are applied from an order paid with a Disney Gift Card or Disney Gift Card eGift will be refunded to a new Disney Gift Card eGift. The Disney Gift Card eGift will arrive to the email address supplied on the original Disney Store purchase.
Merchandise purchased online by PayPal™, or other form of tender will, subject to the terms stated above, be refunded as a Merchandise Credit. Merchandise purchased online using multiple forms of tender may only be returned directly to Disney Store.
Gift with Purchase or Purchase with Purchase items must accompany the original purchased item when returned.

Merchandise purchased between November 1st and December 25th will be accepted for return through January 25th or 30 days from the shipment date, whichever is later. Merchandise purchased after December 25th is subject to the terms stated above. Limited Edition items, Collectible/Trading Cards, Mystery/Blind Boxes, Beauty items, Personalized, Customized, Create Your Own or Special Order merchandise, and merchandise marked “As Is”, “All Sales Final” or “No refunds, exchanges or returns” or similar language, Gift Wrap and Shipping/Handling Fees may not be returned or replaced.
MagicBands and MagicBand+ may not be returned or replaced. Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash or converted to Merchandise Credits.

How do I return my Disney Store Online item?
Disney Store has made returns easier and more convenient with new automated returns portal. To start your return or replacement, simply visit our Disney Store Returns Portal and follow the step-by-step instructions. You’ll be able to print a prepaid shipping label and track your return every step of the way.
A few helpful notes:
- The portal will guide you on how to return eligible merchandise.
- Select items—including Artwork, Fine Jewelry, electronics, special order merchandise, and any item marked “online return only”—must be shipped back using the portal as these cannot be returned to physical Disney Store locations.
- After completing your return request in the portal, please visit your selected drop off location to return your package.
- Use the original packaging or strong corrugated carton.
- Print label, affix to the package and head to your drop off location as applicable
- Pack and tape your package securely.
- Unless instructed otherwise during the replacement process, you must return the item within 14 days of initiating the return process. Once the returning item is received to our warehouse or taken to one of the drop-off locations, the replacement item will be shipped. Once this occurs, you will receive tracking information via email.
- Please allow 1–2 weeks for processing once your return is received.
Can I redeem my Disney Gift Card for cash?
A Disney Gift Card is not redeemable for cash. Please provide required proof of purchase to replace or cancel a lost, stolen or damaged Disney Gift Card. Certain restrictions apply. Please refer to Disney Gift Cards Frequently Asked Questions for details.
How do price adjustments work?
Pricing is subject to change at any time. Sale price adjustments will be honored on items purchased from Disney Store that are available at a lower price within 7 days from the shipped date. Price adjustments are not valid on Magical Rush or Deal of the Day Merchandise. Please be advised that Disney Store may sponsor online promotions and events that may not be available in local Disney Stores or at Disney Theme Parks. All sale price adjustments will be provided in the form of a one-time use promotional code. The one-time use promotional code will be sent to the email address provided at the time of order placement and may be used on one future order at Disney Store. While prices are typically the same online and In-Store, there are occasions where prices may vary. When this occurs, price matching between online and In-Store is not available. Does putting an item in my bag reserve the item?
Placing an available item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you complete your purchase and receive an e-mail confirmation that they received your order.
If I buy large quantities, do I receive a discount?
Sorry, Disney Store Online does not currently offer discounts for purchasing in large quantities. But, be sure to check out sales and special offers.

When ordering MagicBands that are associated with a Disney Resort Hotel stay, place your order via My Disney Experience at least 11 days before your arrival if you would like your MagicBands shipped to your home and at least 6 days before your arrival to have them shipped to your Resort hotel.

How do I change or cancel my order?
Once an order is submitted changes are not able to be applied, though you may be able to cancel your order. Cancellation options are available for a short period of time.
