Our spidey senses are tingling! More advancements are occurring on the Avengers Campus, due to open in Summer 2020 at Disney California Adventure Park.

This 5-acre project is going to open in phases, just like the latest Star Wars expansion, Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge. The front portion of the land is where the new Spider-Man attraction will be. The E-ticket Avengers attraction will open up after the area is already open to the public, similar to Rise of the Resistance.

As you can see, many structures are rising. Construction can be seen between Hollywood Land and Cars Land. Near the walkway on the left side, W.E.B. Industries is growing.

From just glancing over the walls near Cars Land, we can see the W.E.B. Industries building (which will be home to the Spider-Man attraction) making quite a bit of structural progress. As this is due to open soon, we are happy to see forward movement.

You can’t avoid sightline views of Guardians of the Galaxy: Mission Breakout, meaning the new aspects of Avengers Campus from Cars Land are not going to be pretty. The hexagon hole in the building is likely going to hold the W.E.B. spider logo.

Here we can see W.E.B. Industries toppling over the Mater’s Junkyard Jamboree attraction in Cars Land.

The inevitable re-re-skin with a new theme in 20 years when no one will still be watching those movies :)
