Magic Kingdom

• With Donald Trump’s last day in office, so too comes the end of the latest version of The Hall of Presidents at the Magic Kingdom and today, the attraction closed to enter its refurbishment period to add President Biden to the dais

EPCOT

• With so many construction projects underway at EPCOT, we just couldn’t stay away and came out to the park to check in on what progress may have been made today and bring you this most recent photo report

• A unique new cookie is now available at Kringla Bakeri Og Kafe in the Norway Pavilion of EPCOT and though it’s not listed on the menu, this new “Almond Ring” is available and on display in the bakery’s pastry case

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

• We reported yesterday that Cast Members can once again visit Disney’s Hollywood Studios on select weekdays in January with the lifting of blockout dates on their Main Entrance Pass for the park, and now it seems that Cast Members will have even more days available as select February weekdays have also been unblocked

Disney Springs

• The Kipling store, popular for its designer handbags, backpacks, luggage and accessories will close its Disney Springs location on Saturday, January 23, 2021 and for the final days, Kipling is offering 40% off the entire store

Walt Disney World Resort Hotels

• Just a few days ago, we shared that a giant red M&M was added to the signage on the new M&M’s Store facade and today, three new additions were made to the storefront at Disney Springs — yellow, red, and orange M&Ms

Other Walt Disney World News

• As Walt Disney World Resort continues to prepare for its 50th Anniversary Celebration, the repainting of the Osceola Parkway Entrance Sign is moving very quickly as the visible work on the sign started only yesterday morning, but there has already been a lot of progress
• As the sponsor of Test Track at EPCOT, it comes as no surprise that Chevrolet has decided to team up with the Walt Disney World Resort to reveal their latest electric vehicles, the Bolt EUV and Bolt EV, on February 14, 2021
• Good news for guests looking to visit Walt Disney World in the coming weeks — the Disney Parks Passes for all four Walt Disney World parks have been replenished for the remainder of the month

Disneyland Resort

• The COVID-19 vaccination site at the Disneyland Resort will remain closed for a second day after strong winds in the area damaged tents, according to the Orange County Register

Disneyland Paris

• This past Saturday, Disneyland Paris became a true winter wonderland as it was blanketed in snow and though the park isn’t currently open to guests, we are thrilled to share images and video from Disneyland Paris of the snowfall at the French resort

Disney Cruise Line

• Disney Cruise Line has just announced that they are planning to offer 2-day sailing journeys beginning in July of this year aboard the Disney Wonder, departing from Vancouver B.C. and sailing to Seattle, Washington, before returning to Vancouver the next day

New Merchandise

• Last week, we discovered new villainous snow globes at the Disneyland Resort but now, our favorite psychic medium, Madame Leota, has materialized at Memento Mori at the Magic Kingdom
• The items from the December Nighttime Fireworks & Castle Finale collection of Minnie Mouse: The Main Attraction merchandise collection is available on ShopDisney NOW — while supplies last
• We reported last year on previous princess tiara pins arriving at Walt Disney World, and now Cinderella, Aurora, Jasmine, and Tiana have joined the lineup at the Disney Parks
• An evening trip to World of Disney found us drooling over this new pink Sleeping Beauty Castle Starbucks Tumbler from the Disneyland Resort
