- As barges for Harmonious receive construction on the World Showcase Lagoon, the centerpiece for EPCOT’s new nighttime spectacular continues to sit backstage for its own construction where recently, four arms have been added to the barge
Disney’s Hollywood Studios
- Breakfast is back at Hollywood & Vine at Disney’s Hollywood Studios starting March 22 as guests are invited to wave and snap photos of their favorite Disney Junior Characters while dining on a hearty à la carte breakfast, and you can check out the full menu for the breakfast here
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- As part of a new weekday promotion at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, an Annual Passholder-exclusive secret menu for four limited-time beverages is now available at Restaurantosaurus Lounge
- The Donald Duck Annual Passholder magnet originally released for last year’s EPCOT Flower and Garden Festival is now available at Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- Coinciding with the re-release of the Donald Duck Annual Passholder magnet, as well as several secret menu drinks, Disney’s Animal Kingdom has a new Passholder-exclusive cookie too
- After receiving our complimentary Annual Passholder Donald Duck magnet, we went to Chester & Hester’s Dinosaur Treasures to take advantage of the Fossil Fun Games special offer
- For the past couple of days, artists at Walt Disney World have been working on a 40-ton sand sculpture celebrating Raya and the Last Dragon located on the Discovery Island Stage in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, and today that statue was completed
- In addition to Raya and the Last Dragon merchandise and an incredible sand sculpture, Disney’s Animal Kingdom has a new sundae inspired by the movie — The Tuk Tuk Sundae — and it might just be Walt Disney World’s best ice cream offering
- Alongside the incredible Raya and the Last Dragon baby Tuk Tuk ice cream sundae, Disney’s Animal Kingdom also has a new baby Tuk Tuk mousse
- After trying the new Raya and the Last Dragon ice cream sundae and chocolate mousse, we picked up another themed treat at Disney’s Animal Kingdom — the Mighty Mist Soft-Serve Ice Cream
- Beginning today, guests at Disney’s Animal Kingdom are able to learn how to draw characters from the upcoming animated film Raya and the Last Dragon at The Animation Experience at Conservation Station, and you can too by watching our video right here
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- A plumbing failure at Disney’s Boardwalk Villas caused a water leak that resulted in flooding and drywall damage to multiple resort rooms between the second and third floors of the Disney Vacation Club Villas around 4am on Saturday, February 20th
Disneyland Resort
- The 30% discount for Disneyland Legacy Passholders that was originally scheduled through February 25 has been extended through March 11, 2021
- MARVEL Avengers Campus is coming together at Disney California Adventure, and we’re able to see some of it from Buena Vista Street — like this spider-bot that has appeared on the façade of the upcoming attraction, WEB SLINGERS: A Spider-Man Adventure
- Because Disney California Adventure closed in mid-March due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the 2020 Disney California Adventure Food & Wine Festival only lasted a few weeks, so now Disneyland Resort is offering refunds to guests with unused Sip and Savor passes
Hong Kong Disneyland
- After seeing the brand-new look for Toy Story‘s Woody last week, we finally have a look at the new character costumes for Buzz Lightyear and Jessie, making their global debut today in Toy Story Land at Hong Kong Disneyland
New Merchandise
- For a longer-lasting souvenir than Disney’s Animal Kingdom desserts, special Raya and the Last Dragon pins are now available to purchase at Walt Disney World
- With the release of Raya and the Last Dragon less than two weeks away, the film’s merchandise line is now available at Walt Disney World
Entertainment and Media
Disney+
- Ronald D. Moore is in the process of developing multiple TV projects at Disney+ that will be set in Disney’s Magic Kingdom, according to Variety, with the first such project titled “The Society of Explorers and Adventurers,” which Moore will write and executive produce
The Walt Disney Company
- Virgin Galactic, an aerospace company manufacturing air and space vehicles and seeking to provide spaceflight to private individuals and researchers, has hired former Imagineer Joe Rohde, who left Disney this year, to become Virgin Galactic’s first Experience Architect
