We recently confirmed that the new Space 220 Restaurant was scheduled to open this fall at EPCOT, and now we can report that the new sit-down venue will supposedly officially open on October 1 as part of the 50th anniversary celebration at Walt Disney World Resort.

Patina Restaurant Group has been hiring for various positions at the upcoming World Discovery restaurant. Now, Cast Members hired at the location have stated that training will begin in September in preparation for the October 1 grand opening.
