Howdy! It was a beautiful Pin Tuesday with exclusive pins, delightful merchandise, and a tiny village update from EPCOT. It was a random but fun afternoon in EPCOT.

Good Morning at Disney’s Animal Kingdom

A crowd of people walks towards a large, intricately designed tree under a partly cloudy sky, surrounded by smaller trees in Disney's Animal Kingdom. The enchanting theme park setting invites exploration and discovery.

Breaking news — the crowds from yesterday are still here. Good morning from a very busy Animal Kingdom. We are in a weird place with the weather in Orlando. It’s sweater and pants weather in the morning, but shorts and a t-shirt in the afternoon, a real pick your poison.

Princess Jerseys – $74.99 each

Four baseball-style jerseys showcased with "Walt Disney World" logos. Featuring "Cinderella 50" and "Moana 16," these unique merchandise items draw inspiration from beloved Disney characters, perfect for any EPCOT adventure.

In Discovery Trading Company in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, I found the immediately popular princess baseball jerseys.

Nana found the Ariel and Aurora jerseys at Star Traders in Magic Kingdom, but they are also in Discovery Trading Company, but there’s more. Cinderella and Moana have joined in on the baseball jersey trend. The Ariel is my favorite. Let me know if you have a favorite in the comments below.

Pin Tuesday!

These fun merchandise Disney collectible pins showcase a carousel horse, Steamboat Willie, Chip and Dale with a piñata, and Timon and Pumbaa in a jungle scene reminiscent of Disney's Animal Kingdom.

I have a change in location for Pin Tuesday. I am obviously in Animal Kingdom and not EPCOT like I normally am to find the newest pins. Luckily each of the four parks and Disney Springs has a special spot for the limited edition pins. In Animal Kingdom that shop is the Discovery Trading Company.

The Charming Carousel pin is beautiful, but my favorite is the Chip ‘n’ Dale Mardi Gras pin from this week. Let me know which one is your favorite in the comments below.

Dino-Rama Update

The theme park construction site features green fences and a towering dinosaur figure, set against cranes silhouetted by trees and a cloudy sky—reminiscent of the adventurous spirit found at Disney's Animal Kingdom.

There is now a crane behind Mount Everest backstage which suggests big progress is about to be made. Comet Crashers has been demolished and removed from the carnival game area, but nothing much else seemed to have been completed. As always, please visit our website for more details.

Figment Bus to Yacht Club Resort

A purple bus with "Yacht & Beach" displayed on its sign sits parked near red bollards and a recycling bin, amidst a backdrop of lush trees. This scene could easily be found at EPCOT, where vibrant surroundings complement the array of attractions and unique merchandise offerings.

You know when working for WDWNT there is no better sign than to see Figment especially outside of EPCOT. I had a nice long bus ride to Yacht Club almost entirely to myself which is truly magical in a busy Disney park.

Jackhammer Pool Party

Workers refurbishing a beach resort area with rock-like structures; a sign reads "Please Pardon Our Appearance. This Area Is Being Refurbished for Your Future Enjoyment," reminiscent of the imaginative updates you'd expect at Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Yesterday a friend reached out and mentioned that the Stormalong Bay refurbishment was a bit unusual by Disney’s standards, and they weren’t wrong. I don’t really remember walls ever being associated with pool refurbishments, but sitting outside Beaches & Cream Soda Shop currently is horrific unless you enjoy the sounds of half a dozen or so jackhammers.

Friendship Boat to EPCOT

A boat arrives at the dock on the left while a sign with a cartoon mouse and "Passholder Entrance" text welcomes you on the right, reminiscent of the enchanting entrances you'd find at EPCOT or Disney's Animal Kingdom.

After seeing the atrocity that was the pool at Yacht Club, I went to the Boardwalk where all is as we last saw it, for now. Screen Door, attached to Thimbles and Threads on the Boardwalk, is currently going through a renovation.

I took a Friendship Boat to the back entrance of EPCOT called the International Gateway. I think it is especially nice that Disney has an Annual Passholder entrance back here at the touchpoints. Especially considering this entrance is used typically for resort guests staying close by.

Flower and Garden Topiaries

Various whimsical garden displays featuring topiary figures and vibrant plants, including a tree stump diorama and character-shaped greenery, reminiscent of Disney's Animal Kingdom, set in a park with pathways and ornate hedges.

Even more, topiaries have popped up in EPCOT in preparation for the Flower and Garden Festival. The United Kingdom pavilion now has a Tinker Bell topiary surrounded by tiny fairy homes. My favorite was the colorful rollerskate. A little further in the United Kingdom pavilion, you will now find the iconic Mickey and Elephant proudly displayed.

In the Norway pavilion, some snowflake topiaries and a full-size Anna and Elsa topiary have been added. Elsa’s cape looks especially beautiful, probably because it’s new this year.

Mexico Gets New Merchandise — Plaza De Los Amigos

Mickey Mouse-themed merchandise with vibrant Mexico designs is showcased at EPCOT, including a charming mug, stylish tumbler, and trendy t-shirt.

In the ancient pyramid in the Mexico pavilion, there is an entirely new collection featuring Mickey, Donald, and Minnie. Be sure to stay tuned to our website for the entire collection breakdown. These are just a few of my favorite pieces.

The mug is available for $24.99, the copper tumbler is hand wash only so I’m out but it’s available for $29.99, and finally, that maroon shirt is available for $34.99.

Capybara Mystery

A person holds a box featuring cartoon bears and a small bear figurine, reminiscent of merchandise found at EPCOT. The box showcases a grid pattern adorned with illustrations of bears sporting various expressions and accessories.

In the China pavilion, I found this little Capybara mystery box for a little under ten bucks and lived a little. I got a Capybara with an orange on his head. I knew my friends were in the park and I had to save it for one of them because it’s just to darn cute.

Tiny Village Drama

In a charming miniature village landscape, model buildings and figurines delight the eye. A person tends to the setup with a watering can on a gravel path surrounded by plants and model train tracks, reminiscent of the whimsical displays at Disney's EPCOT.

The nice horticulturist was cleaning up the tiny village this afternoon. I think that is one of the most serene and fun jobs in the park.

In the village, I noticed a villager burning their eyeballs with binoculars facing directly to the sun. There is still a small dinosaur lizard terrorizing the suburbs.

Most interesting though is the story of our tiny friend at the top of the tower, she has not moved, but there does appear to be a doppelganger waiting for the train with a white handkerchief and teddy bear. Are they twins? Is this a glitch in the tiny village matrix? Do they know the other exists? Stay tuned.

Mama Mia Another Wall

A tall brick tower with scaffolding at the base rises above a lively scene, reminiscent of EPCOT's bustling spirit, surrounded by people strolling and some pushing strollers under a partly cloudy sky.

The Bell Tower in the Italy pavilion is now surrounded by walls and scrim. Likely this is just some light refurbishment, but I hope it ends before the Flower and Garden Festival begins. I enjoy the Lady and the Tramp topiary. My favorite part is watching Lady’s ear fluff and grow throughout the festival.

Mitsukoshi Pink Paradise

Display of fun merchandise featuring pink plush toys on a tiered wooden stand in a store at Disney's Animal Kingdom, with shoppers and more merchandise in the background.

If you missed out on the very popular Sakura collection in Ever After and online, Mitsukoshi has your back with this flurry of pink Hello Kitty and Friends collection.

Manatee Moment

A manatee resting on the sandy bottom of an aquarium at Disney's Animal Kingdom, surrounded by rocks and green-tinted water, offers a mesmerizing sight.

I am so excited that my manatee moment is back with Cider and Mino all moved in. This one looks more like Cider but I am still a new friend and can’t tell with certainty like Lil Joe. I can’t explain how much I love these little mermaids.

Mission Space Earth Damaged

Three views of a space-themed structure with a blue and white planet design, a rocket, and a space-themed sign, reminiscent of EPCOT's futuristic allure. The background features a gold, dome-like building and trees.

The scrim has been removed from the Earth at Mission Space revealing some rough damage to the top of the planet in white. At the back, there is also a cross. Is this like that time years ago when the lady found an image of Jesus in her toast? I just wonder what happened here.

Out of Order

Left: Decorative wall with character murals and a planter, reminiscent of Disney's Animal Kingdom. Right: Person with a pink cast using a knee scooter labeled "Out of Order" on a grassy area, capturing the whimsical feel of EPCOT's fun merchandise vibe.

The jokes are endless and they write themselves. I do not know how this guest got the “out of order” sign from the Italy pavilion drinking fountain but they had it on their scooter handle near Guardians. With that, I need to know your best joke from this absurd coincidence in the comments below.

I hope you enjoyed our day park hopping to EPCOT. My favorite moment was finding where the missing “out of order” sign ended up. The whole thing is very amusing on so many levels. Let me know in the comments below if you have a favorite moment from the day.
