Good morning from the Magic Kingdom! We’re here early this morning to check on the latest update to the Magic Kingdom arrival experience enhancements. The new security screening area is now open for guests who arrive by bus to the Magic Kingdom.

There are still small sections of the entrance with construction scrims, but things are really starting to come together around here. Take a closer look at the new security screening area here.

As we arrive in the park on this chilly morning, we’re greeted by an icy Cinderella Castle. It looks beautiful this morning and really puts us in the holiday spirit! We’re in for an extremely busy day today, so let’s head over to Tomorrowland.

We weren’t the only ones squealing in delight at the newest Design Lab additions. There are two new “Baby Yoda” images to help you create your very own shirt. “I Take Naps” might be our favorite of the two. These custom designs can be added to shirts and sweatshirts. Check out all the details on how to create your own shirts here.

As we make our way into Fantasyland, we noticed friendly Cast Members outside of the Friar’s Nook advertising breakfast. There are three options, but they’re only for a limited time. There’s a bacon, egg, and cheddar breakfast sandwich, donut holes, and even tots with sausage gravy. We found everything to be delicious and exceeded our expectations. We hope they consider keeping these breakfast options around after January. Check out our full review here for all the tot-ally delicious breakfast choices.

In other “limited time” food news, Aunt Polly’s is offering up some of her famous sandwiches and floats. Take a raft over to Tom Sawyer’s Island, grab a peanut butter sandwich, and take a little break from the crowds over here.

Upon heading into the Briar Patch, we noticed a new Splash Mountain youth shirt for $19.99. The sticker says “message will appear when shirt gets wet” but no matter how hard we tried to hold the shirt up in different lighting and figure out where the message was, we could not. Thankfully, an amazing Cast Member was kind enough to help us solve the mystery.

If I could squeeze into this shirt, I would buy it instantly. Let’s just keep our fingers crossed that there will be a similar shirt released in adult sizes. “I Brer’ly Got Wet!” might be one of the best things we’ve seen in a while.

As we traveled through Adventureland, we spotted a new pair of light up wings for $28.17. The new Maleficent glow wings are fabulous and perfect for representing your wicked side. They change to multiple light patterns when you click the Maleficent shaped button on the shoulder straps. The best part is that these easily fit adults (and kids) with adjustable backpack-like straps. We were very tempted to fly off with a pair, but we’ll just hope it’s not too late to ask Santa. One of the Cast Members suggested this would also help complete a Vampirina look, which is a brilliant idea.

New wait time tip boards have arrived in Fantasyland and Frontierland. They’re actually beautifully themed to their location, and we hope that the other Guest Experience Team locations in the park will receive them as well.

The Cast Member tried to convince us that the grass skirt on the Adventureland wait time sign counted as a themed board, but we think they can do better than that.

The Emporium has been taken over by the latest “Park Life” merchandise collection. We even spotted some new additions to the collection. The button down shirt is one of our favorites from the collection, but everything is amazing.

The crowds have been growing throughout the morning.

The lines for some of the attractions look a little mad.

This line might haunt me.

To help with crowd control before the parade, the gates by Tony’s Town Square have been opened.

We’re excited for the holidays, but we’ll be sad to see all the festive decorations go.

That’s about all for today. Thanks for joining us around the Magic Kingdom during this busy holiday week. See ya real soon!
