EPCOT

- Disney PhotoPass recently revealed a few of the Magic Shots guests can expect to see around EPCOT during the Taste of EPCOT International Festival of the Arts this year
- We started our day at EPCOT to check in on all the construction progress there before heading to Disney’s Hollywood Studios to check out what might be new there, and we found lots of things to show you in our most recent photo report
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- An old Disney’s Animal Kingdom treat has returned in a fresh form — the Cotton Top Tamarin Cupcake, named for the cotton-top tamarin monkey found in Central America, South America, and Mexico, but you can find this cupcake at Creature Comforts (Starbucks)
- If you take a trip to Pandora – The World of Avatar in Disney’s Animal Kingdom, you’ll find a delicious new breakfast (or dessert) treat — the Double-Chocolate Butterscotch Banana Muffin
Disney Springs
- The M&M’s store at Disney Springs is coming together, and though we don’t know an opening date, it looks like the store may be ready soon as its façade is all but finished, with bright yellow accents in place and the rods to mount giant M&Ms ready to accept their displays
- City Works Eatery & Pour House opened almost a year ago at Disney Springs and last month, the bar added an express menu, which now has some fun new menu items so we dropped by to try out the buffalo nachos, duck fat popcorn, and peanut butter Snickers cup
- The Pepperoni Pizza Burger has returned to D-Luxe Burger at Disney Springs — a fantastic pairing of two classic foods that was first introduced last summer

- Gideon’s Bakehouse has announced they are reopening today at 10am at Disney Springs following a surprising closure of the new establishment on January 2nd, with a grand opening to take place January 16th, 2021
- At the grand opening on January 16, Gideon’s Bakehouse has said the festivities will include giveaways and limited-edition cookies, and speaking of limited-edition cookies, one of their special January cookies is coffee toffee chocolate chip and we tried it out during today’s soft reopening
Other Walt Disney World News
- Great news for anyone looking to take advantage of replenished Disney Park Passes this month—the Magic Kingdom has extended its park hours for every Saturday evening through January 30th, as well as on January 18th
Disneyland Resort

- Disneyland Resort is officially canceling the Annual Passholder program while the theme parks remain closed indefinitely, with current Annual Passholders to be refunded and future membership offerings in the works
- In the wake of this massive news, many were left wondering how this affects their Premier Passport, which gives them access to both Disneyland and Walt Disney World theme parks and unfortunately, it looks like the Premier Passport is being retired forever
- With the cancellation of all Disneyland Resort annual passes, Disney has extended a special 30% merchandise discount during the waning days of their validity for all pass types, from Monday, January 18, through February 25, 2021
- While the cancellation of all annual passports at the Disneyland Resort may have surprised some today, it was less surprising to company insiders as according to Disney officials, plans had already been in the works for years to discontinue most Disneyland Annual Passport tiers and the pandemic closure provided a convenient opportunity to do so
Tokyo Disney Resort
- Amid a State of Emergency declaration and the announcement that Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea will only admit 5,000 Guests per day during the emergency, the Oriental Land Company abruptly halted ticket sales on Saturday but now, they are ready to partially resume sales starting today, January 14th
- Last month, Tokyo Disney Resort introduced a new unlimited use Resort Line monorail pass to commemorate the new yellow Type-C Resort Liner, and now there’s a design for the upcoming pink Type-C Liner
Adventures by Disney

- If you’ve ever dreamed of exploring some of the most far-off and exotic locations on the planet, Adventures by Disney has a new offering that might just grant that wish with their two new Expedition Cruises: one to Antarctica and Patagonia, and the other to the Galápagos Islands by way of Quito, Ecuador
New Merchandise
- We found a new retro Disneyland Spirit Jersey and accompanying t-shirt at World of Disney in the Downtown Disney District that will definitely appeal to those who are a fan of the retro look
- In the past few days, we’ve seen navy blue, peach, and pink glitter MagicBands debut at Walt Disney World, and now there’s a brand new shade of yellow
- During a recent trip to Hollywood Studios, we found a new Corkcicle tumbler and bottle adorned with everyone’s favorite leader of the club, Mickey Mouse
- ‘Adventure is out there,’ and you can go on your own Walt Disney World adventure with this new MagicBand inspired by Pixar’s Up
- After a successful launch in Japan and China, Disney nuiMOs plush are coming to shopDisney and Disney Parks around the world on January 19
- Disney artist Darren Wilson has been sharing sneak peeks of his new Disney Parks Designer Collection ear hat inspired by Pixar’s Up
- During our trip to Hollywood Studios today, we happened upon a few new pieces of Marvel clothing at Keystone Clothiers that are sure to be a hit for superhero fans

- Valentine’s Day merchandise has made its way into the parks at Walt Disney World, and we found some new Marvel designs focused on the hearty holiday within the maDe kiosks, bringing festive options for MagicBands, phone cases, and magnets
- On a trip to Mouse Gear at EPCOT, we found these new Disney dog and cat pass holders by Loungefly that are now available at Walt Disney World
- A few days ago we found a Disney Parks themed Loungefly backpack, and today we discovered its matching wallet at Port of Entry, the merchandise shop on the World Showcase promenade in EPCOT
- When looking for more Valentines Day fun merch, we spotted these new Mickey and Minnie Mouse Love Collection bags at Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World, the same one that was also recently released on shopDisney
- Porgs, one of the most beloved creatures from the most recent Star Wars Trilogy, are now available in talking shoulder plush form at World of Disney in the Disneyland Resort
- New Annual Passholder-exclusive merchandise is coming to Walt Disney World this month, and we already found the Cinderella Castle-inspired Minnie Mouse ear headband, but Passholders can also look forward to a baseball cap and pin
- Recently found at Disneyland Resort are these four new polo shirt designs that would definitely make you stand out on a golf course
- Newly arrived at World of Disney in the Downtown Disney District is this ghoulish gargoyle statue to adorn the Haunted Mansion you live in
Entertainment and Media
- “Indiana Jones” is back — not on the big screen, but in a brand new video game published by Lucasfilm Games, Bethesda and Machine Games

- According to Deadline, Chris Evans is in talks to reprise his role of Steve Rogers, a.k.a. Captain America, in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU)
- The official Twitter account for The Muppets has teased an upcoming “major and important Muppet announcement”
The Walt Disney Company
- With a Wednesday report, Guggenheim Securities analyst Michael Morris has raised his stock price target on The Walt Disney Company by $15, bringing it to $200, with Disney’s stock closing on Tuesday at $175.99
