- With an image of Stitch from Lilo & Stitch riding the Tomorrowland Transit Authority PeopleMover, Disney Parks Blog confirmed today that the attraction will open “later this weekend,” although the Walt Disney World Resort website has operating hours starting on Monday, April 26th
- Our last update of the construction at TRON Lightcycle / Run saw the removal of temporary canopy supports from the framework and although many temporary supports still remain, we noticed that many are now disconnected, soon to be removed as well
- Any mention of Merchant of Venus, the Tomorrowland-based shop that shares a space with Auntie Gravity’s Galactic Goodies, has been removed from the official Walt Disney World Resort website, making the shop more likely to be closed forever in anticipation of the Wreck-It Ralph attraction taking over the adjacent space—if it is still in the works following the pandemic, that is
EPCOT

- With Mother’s Day quickly approaching in the United States, Walt Disney World is offering some special bites and sips to commemorate the holiday, so we headed to Gasparilla Island Grill at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa to try their limited-time dessert: the Mother’s Day Mimosa Miniature Gâteau

- With the eventual capacity increase to hit the theme parks and the reopening of more resort hotels and attractions, Walt Disney World is currently looking to fill part-time Cast Member roles in Attractions, Custodial, Merchandise, and Quick Service Foods departments
Disneyland Resort
- For several months Disneyland has been the largest COVID-19 vaccine distribution site in Orange County, but now the site is set to close Friday, April 30th, the OC Health Care Agency has announced
- Part of the excitement surrounding the reopening of Disneyland next week is centered around a classic Snow White attraction that received a recent reimagining as “Snow White’s Scary Adventures” has now become “Snow White’s Enchanted Wish”, and Disneyland President Ken Potrock has shared new photos from the attraction
- Earlier this month, we reported Cast Members will be receiving “Bringing Back The Magic” name tags for the reopening of Disneyland Resort and now Christian (@Tarihc78) took to Twitter to share an image of his name tag
Tokyo Disney Resort
- While Universal Studios Japan and smaller parks like Sanrio Puroland and Yomiuriland close their gates due to the start of the third State of Emergency in Osaka, Kyoto, and Hyogo Prefectures as well as the Tokyo Metropolis, Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea remain open as they reside quite literally next to the border between Tokyo and their home, Chiba Prefecture; although exempt from orders to close at present, a minor adjustment has been made to operations—all alcohol sales are now suspended at the resort through May 11th
Disneyland Paris
- Following a sneak peek into the refurbished hotel during the “29 Years of Dreams” special, Disneyland Paris has released a video detailing Disney’s Hotel New York – The Art of Marvel with commentary given by Anthony Mackie, who plays Sam Wilson/Falcon in the Marvel Cinematic Universe
Disney Cruise Line
- At the end of March, it was announced that there will be a series of UK-only cruises on the Disney Cruise Line, “Disney Magic at Sea” and now important health and safety information has been released for Guests hoping to sail on the UK Staycations, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements
New Merchandise
- The “Disney Afternoon Collection” was a two-hour animated television block programming of shows including Darkwing Duck, TaleSpin, DuckTales, and Chip ‘n Dale: Rescue Rangers and now, the beloved animated series are being featured on the latest Dooney & Bourke collection, coming soon to Disney Parks and shopDisney
- Adding to the growing collection of Mary Blair-inspired merchandise at Disney’s Contemporary Resort is a re-designed ornament featuring Mickey and Minnie Mouse
- New shirts have arrived at the Disney Home store in Downtown Disney today and while these new graphic tees previously debuted in Disney Springs last week, we’re happy they have made their way over to the West Coast
- Aloha! Minnie Mouse is seen relaxing on this newest tank top found at the WonderGround Gallery at Downtown Disney District as she kicks back and enjoys the tranquil oasis at the Disneyland Hotel

- Last month, it was revealed that Disenchanted, the much-anticipated sequel to 2007’s Enchanted, will have its full starring cast confirmed to return and now TheDisInsider has reported that seven familiar dwarfs will be playing a pivotal role in the upcoming Disney+ film
