- New concept art depicting the upcoming Journey of Water Inspired by Moana attraction at EPCOT has been released.
- Disney has released new concept art of the reimagining of EPCOT, acknowledging many of the budget cuts that have occurred since the original detailed announcements in 2019.
- With previews already underway, Walt Disney World has released a bevy of new official photos of what guests will experience when they visit Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.
- After months of anticipation, we got our first MagicBand+ interactions with the Disney Fab 50 statues at EPCOT this morning!
- We’ve been promised that Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind would feature references to beloved EPCOT attractions of the past, and now we have a better look at just what that entails in a new video.
- New concept art for the reimagining of EPCOT was released this morning, and it seems to reveal the return of light-up pavement and other classic elements to the center of what was Future World, now World Celebration.
- The anticipation is building for the opening of Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind at EPCOT, and we have a peek inside the expansive queue of this brand new attraction!
- We got a peek at more new merchandise in the four themed collections for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind.
- Former Nickelodeon child actor JoJo Siwa visited EPCOT to check out Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind during the ongoing previews.
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- The Disney website has removed showtimes for KiteTails at Disney’s Animal Kingdom starting May 27.
- Disney Parks Chairman Josh D’Amaro has shared a photo on his Instagram from cast rehearsals for “Finding Nemo: The Big Blue… and Beyond,” coming to Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- As part of the major refurbishment of Disney’s Yacht Club Resort, the walking bridges at Stormalong Bay are being refurbished.
- Construction continues on The Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort as new Disney Vacation Club Resort Studios are created.
New Merchandise
- Greetings from Pandora! Keeping up with the latest release of merchandise, a new batch of pins has arrived at Disney’s Animal Kingdom in celebration of the land’s 5th anniversary.
- If you love taking off for Neverland on Peter Pan’s Flight, there’s a new figure at Walt Disney World that’s perfect for the kid in all of us.
- May the 4th brought us some new styles from a galaxy far, far away to Vera Bradley at Disney Springs with the launch of new Star Wars items!
- Moana will be the next princess featured as a limited edition doll in the Disney Designer Collection.

- Disney has now confirmed that, like its predecessors, Annual Passholders and resort guests will be eligible for pre-arrival discounts on MagicBand+.
Disneyland Resort
- A new “Obi-Wan Kenobi” sand sculpture has been added to Downtown Disney District in promotion of the new Disney+ series premiering on May 27.
- We’re always on the lookout for new things to try at Disney California Adventure, so when we heard Pym Test Kitchen in Avengers Campus had added a mimosa, we headed right over.
Tokyo Disney Resort
- According to Japan’s Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, the nation is preparing to ease border restrictions this June.
Entertainment and Media
- With just weeks before Disney/Pixar’s “Lightyear” is a “go” for launch, we’re getting a new look at all of the cosmic action that we’ll be able to see in the new movie with a special look.
Disney+
- Two more actors have joined the upcoming Disney+ series “Percy Jackson and the Olympians,” playing the roles of Grover and Annabeth.

- Former Disney CEO Bob Iger has purchased a large stock in Funko and joined the board as an advisor.
