Magic Kingdom
- Now that all but one piece of 50th-anniversary decor have been installed on Cinderella Castle at Magic Kingdom, construction equipment has moved out and the castle’s moat is being refilled
- With the regular Baby Care Center closed for refurbishment, parents of small children and infants will want to note that a temporary Baby Care Center has opened in Tomorrowland with the new location is to the right of the Carousel of Progress
- Work at TRON Lightcycle / Run is now focused mostly on removing construction supports and now that the canopy structure is whole, the construction supports are no longer needed to sustain its integrity
EPCOT
- In our photo report, we discover Mother’s Day treats, self-serve beverages have returned to Sunshine Seasons, “Creations Shop” construction progress, and more
Disney’s Animal Kingdom
- Expedition Everest – Legend of the Forbidden Mountain is unavailable at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, for the second consecutive day
Walt Disney World Resort Hotels
- Walt Disney World Guests can save up to 25% on rooms at select Disney Resort hotels for stays most nights July 11, 2021 through September 29, 2021
- Bright suns, fellow Star Wars fans! It’s the eve of May the 4th, and we had to stop by Pineapple Lanai at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort to try out the Millenium Falcon soft-serve sundae
Other Walt Disney World News
- Walt Disney World spent over a month testing the use of facial recognition for park entry at Magic Kingdom, even extending the test through yesterday and while the equipment is now gone, data is being analyzed, according to Cast Members
- Florida Governor Ron DeSantis announced today that, effective immediately, he is suspending all local COVID-19 emergency orders
- Those wishing to get their COVID-19 vaccine in Florida no longer need to provide proof of residency to be eligible
- Disney has announced that the Disney College Program, which was suspended in March of 2020 alongside park closures due to COVID-19, is returning
- Today’s announcement by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis of the suspension of all local emergency orders had many wondering if the Orlando-area parks would change their policies, and Walt Disney World has pushed a notification through My Disney Experience to reminding Guests of the resort’s policies
Disneyland Resort
- In our photo report, we discuss the Mickey and Friends Parking Structure process, distanced character meet and greets, Avengers Campus updates, and more
Disneyland Park
- We’re making our way around Disneyland riding our favorite attractions and now that the resort has reopened, our next stop is to Roger Rabbit’s Car Toon Spin in Mickey’s Toontown to see how what physical distancing practices are in place and if the ride received any changes
- When Disneyland reopened at the end of April, the new Snow White’s Enchanted Wish opened as well and while the ride is a reimagining of the former Snow White’s Scary Adventures, one of the major new scenes near the ride’s finale features Snow White and Prince Charming’s kiss, an integral part of the movie
Disney California Adventure
- We are finally back in Disney California Adventure! With the Disneyland reopening comes health and safety protocol changes at each attraction so let’s take a look at how the Incredicoaster experience has changed
- Disneyland Resort has reopened after a 13-month shutdown. One of the first things we did was look for some of our favorite characters so we raced to Cars Land at Disney California Adventure to check on some of our four-wheeled friends
- With the reopening of Disneyland Resort, we couldn’t wait to try out some new and returning treats around the theme parks so we checked out the churro cart at Hollywood Land that is now serving up a Strawberry Cheesecake Churro and we had to find out if it tastes as good as it sound

- Attention, Atlantis fans! You’ll need to embark on an expedition into the Magic Kingdom quickly to grab this limited edition MagicBand
- We may still be in the midst of Mother’s Day season, but it’s not too early to start preparing for Father’s Day with a new MagicBand from Walt Disney World that would make a perfect gift for any Disney dad
- Disney has released a new board game inspired by the happiest cruise that ever sailed, “it’s a small world,” now available on shopDisney
- Walt Disney World is gearing up for Pride Month in June with a new collection of rainbow merchandise that has just been released
- Walt Disney World has rounded out its tropical summer collection with a Loungefly backpack, kitchenware, and even more apparel
- A new Walt Disney World logo baseball cap is now available featuring a retro-styled rainbow logo
- Walt Disney World has a new Alex and Ani bracelet featuring a blue Minnie Mouse ear headband charm for its Disney Parks Collection
- Happy nuiMos Monday! This week marks the debut of Fashion Collection #3 for our miniature friends and we stopped by the Emporium at the Magic Kingdom to check out the new styles
- Bounce, bounce, bounce like Tigger over to Walt Disney World Resort for your last chance at some Winnie the Pooh merchandise as the United Kingdom collection has been marked down across the theme parks
